Developing Speaking Skills

Speaking is one of the most important skills to be developed and enhanced as means of effective communication. The ability to communicate effectively is important in relationships, education and work as it is a mechanism we use to establish and modify relationships.

While speaking, looking into the eyes of the person with whom you are conversing can make the interaction more succ
essful. Use gestures with your hands and face while talking so that it must seem like your whole body is talking. Not only should one be able to speak effectively, one must listen to the other person’s words and engage in communication on what the other person is speaking about. While speaking pronounce the words correctly and clearly. This makes better impression to others. Slow your speech because if you talk fast, people will think that you are getting nervous. To be a good speaker try to be a good listener. Make sure you are using proper grammar. Have confidence while talking, it  doesn’t  matter what other people think. Don’t over praise yourself in front of your audience. Do not interrupt while the others are talking because it breaks the flow of conversation

You won't dare to use Aluminium foils after reading this

Why Aluminium Foils  Harm Us?

Nowadays, we have been using aluminium foil widely in food packaging. It has been one of the important thing to deliver fresh foods direct to the customers for the hotels. But we are unaware about the effects that are caused by this aluminium foil.
In the present article we are going to discuss why the use of aluminium foil for wrapping food is dangerous? Aluminium is a highly reactive metal lying in group 14 (IUPAC) of modern periodic table and it directly reacts with the food wrapped in aluminium foil. When we wrap food in aluminium foil it leach out and make it harmful for our health. It is more reactive to acidic and spicier food like chicken chilli.
But how does it effect us? What diseases does it cause? These questions may arise in our mind. When aluminium enters inside our body through the wrapped food, our digestive system is unable to digest it. So it is accumulated in our body in our liver kidneys, bones and in our brain tissues. Due to this people can suffer from abdominal pain or feel tired. It’s accumulation goes on increasing in our body as our body is unable to extract it through our excreta system. If the extent of aluminium is increased to a significant amount it can even cause the end of our life. It affects our nervous system, causes memory loss and anxiety. Likewise, it may result kidney failure.
Therefore, we should try not to eat foods packed in those aluminium foils and we should never wrap acidic food in aluminium foil. So say no to these aluminium items in food packaging and live a health life.
